Il presente documento definisce i termini e le condizioni di utilizzo del servizio di raccolta fondi promosso da Astrifiammante APS tramite il sito e la piattaforma Metadonors.
Servizio offerto: il sito consente agli utenti di effettuare donazioni a sostegno delle attività culturali dell’associazione.
Carattere volontario: tutte le donazioni sono libere e volontarie. Non sono previsti rimborsi, anche in caso di interruzione o modifiche delle attività promosse.
Ricompense: in alcuni casi, a discrezione dell’associazione, le donazioni potranno essere associate a ricompense simboliche o ringraziamenti. Tali ricompense non costituiscono una transazione commerciale.
Condotta dell’utente: è vietato l’uso improprio del sito, la diffusione di contenuti lesivi, offensivi, non autorizzati o in violazione delle leggi vigenti.
Responsabilità: Astrifiammante APS non è responsabile per eventuali malfunzionamenti tecnici o interruzioni del servizio indipendenti dalla propria volontà.
